• A swift project appraisal: We know the economic and technical requirements in the solar energy business and what constitutes appealing photovoltaic plants. Therefore, we can perform the relevant audits and feasibility calculations within a short time. The target yield is in the high single-digit percentage range, relative to an equity investment of 20 percent and a first plant operating period of 20 years.
• Rapid financing and purchases: We have a steady investor at hand and sufficient equity capital to purchase major projects without bank financing, which is often accompanied by tedious financing assessments. We purchase your project rights, photovoltaic plant or open-land area – we might also take over your existing financing of the plant.
• If you are looking for a project partner to invest into your own photovoltaic plant, we as general contractor can plan and build the turnkey plant at a fixed price.
